Thank you for your interest in establishing credit with Bender Electronics. In order for us to proceed with your request as quickly as possible, we ask for the following:- Complete all sections of the credit application.
- Attach any applicable Resale Tax Exemption Certificates.
- Trade references on company letterhead are accepted, however, must accompany this credit application with sections 1 and 2 completed.
- Delay in the completion of the credit application could delay shipping.
